Accessibility Statement

This website

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA. In practice that means: every page works from the keyboard alone with a visible focus outline; text meets contrast minimums against its background; images that carry meaning have text descriptions; headings are properly ordered; auto-moving content (like the scrolling stats on our homepage) can be paused; and the site respects your device's reduced-motion setting.

This is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time checkbox. As pages are added or changed, we check them against the same standard rather than treating this statement as a claim we made once and left behind.

Visiting our office

If you or someone you support plans to visit our office at 560 Sunbury Rd, Delaware, OH and has an accessibility need, let us know before you come. We'll do everything we can to make the visit work for you.

Tell us what's not working

If something on this site is hard to use, send us a message and tell us what happened and what would have helped. We will fix what we can fix, and be straight with you about what we cannot fix yet.
